Returns Policy

OUR RETURN POLICY

Due to our 100% customer satisfaction policy, you get 60 calendar days to cancel your order because you have changed your mind. This 60-days cancellation period starts from the day you have received all the items in your order. Find out how to return your item(s) below. 
If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund. (Subject to availability) 
No return for sale – promotion – clearance items. 

FAULTY GOODS

Please return your item(s) to us within 60 days after finding the fault and remember to get in touch before returning. You can do this by going to the 'Contact Us' section and a member of our team will investigate it. We will gladly send a prepaid postage label for faulty items for a hassle-free return 
Please do not use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund. 
Please return unsuitable items in its original packaging with tags and labels. 
All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds may not be issued if they do not comply with our returns policy. 
HELMBROOK London reserves the right for the final decision regarding the return items condition. 

HOW TO ARRANGE A RETURN

To return an item back to us please pack your item(s) securely and include a cover note clearly stating your NAME, ORDER NUMBER and/or EMAIL address within the returning parcel.

Please kindly be informed that delivery charges are non-refundable.
Upon arrival, the returns are subject to inspection for compliance with our Return Policy.
Refunds are processed within 14 days.

REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) by following these easy steps from above and reorder for a replacement subject to availability. 

Please note that customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have received an email notification of the refund but have not received the money yet, first check your bank account before contacting us. 
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet or for any other queries, please contact us at support@helmbrook.com. We will gladly handle your queries in a timely manner.
